A bittersweet story of lost friendship, a world embroiled in strife, and an interstellar soup empire! These are just a few of the experiences coming to PlayStation this week, starting with a standalone version of The Last of Us: Left Behind.
For those that have yet to experience the touching prequel to The Last of Us, look no further than the standalone version of Left Behind. This powerful chapter follows Ellie largely before the events of the main game, and explores her close friendship with Riley before the two girls part ways. The award-winning team at Naughty Dog once again blends tense, survival-action gameplay with reflective story sequences to craft a brilliant complement to The Last of Us.

Naughty Dog hit the jackpot in the past with the title The Last of Us which redefined how gamers viewed the zombie genre, and brought it to a level where even emotionality and the human element were relevant to the storyline in a believable and melancholic way.
This is good, however, it begs the question: Should Naughty Dog continue to deliver add-ons for The Last of Us instead of focusing on a new title?
